Business Development Manager A senior level person who can work from lead generation to project proposal to people management to project management.

.Net & PHP Programmer 2-3 years of experience (only those who are willing to work in night shifts).

Flash Programmer Should be using Flash action scripting with 'expert' proficiency for atleast 2 years. Must have been doing XML parsing & should be clear with basic logic. Experience in Remoting, Communication server, gaming knowledge is desired. (Flash 'designer' or 'medium' proficiency may not apply.)
